Engineering Our world class team of engineers have created pumps second to none. Our pumps utilise the finest English and German molds for highest precision. Our motors are modern 10 and 12 segment designs of 12V and 24V all thermally protected for permanent duty and continuous use – they’ll run all day long without quitting!
Examine the automatic switch housing for example – it’s thoughtfully totally enclosed to protect against moisture and debris. Or the motor to pump switch electrical lead – this incorporates a snap connector for detachment so you don’t have to pay the return shipping cost of the heavy electrical motor if just the pump head needs servicing!
Facilities These pumps are manufactured in a brand new state of the art production facility. Our in house facilities include CNC injection molding machines, CNC milling centers and CNC lathes. Our in house laboratory is equipped with aerospace standard equipment. Our production lines feature electronic pump calibration systems with flowmeter measuring.
Performance Our pumps outperform other similar 3 chamber diaphragm pumps, smoothly and quietly. They’re automatic, self priming, have built in check valve rated to 200 psi to prevent backflow into the tank and have an adjustable pressure switch. They can even run dry without damage! Remember - our pumps deliver more water for your money compared to similar pumps.
Quality Every pump is tested for priming, vacuum, flow, current draw, shut-off, pressure, cut-in and quietness. Parts are interchangable with similar 3 chamber diaphragm pumps.
