Our pumps are designed to be easily repaired either by the customer, our appointed agent, or ourselves. They require no special tools, and can be dismantled with a phillips screwdriver.  If you are repairing one of our pumps you will notice that we have thoughtfully included an electrical connector so that the pump head may be easily removed from the motor without having to cut the wires (as in competitors products).  They really are user-serviceable, and feature a simple, logical design.
